PRICE:  $2,500.00
Covers transporation, printing, insurance, and set up travel costs.

DEPOSIT:  $500.00 to reserve the exhibit.  You can pay using Pay Pal

Drawings with measurements and other documents will be made available.  Floor plan for your space can be produced.

AFA will provide documents listed below.
FACILITY REQUIREMENTS:   1000 - 1500 sq. feet exhibit space; 5 accessible electric outlets  (floor, wall, or drop); 10' ceilings.  Kiosks require doorways to be 3' wide and 7' tall.  Elevators need to be freight size.  Facility must meet ADA.
1.)  Use form to the right to send a message with proposed dates.  To check on availability- go to the "Schedule" tab of this web site.   

Check the calendar for availability. 

2.)  Once dates are confirmed, pay deposit.  Let AFA know if you need an invoice to be sent.

3.)  Sign contract and send a copy with a deposit.
